These Terms of Service are fully customized to my personal workflow and commission process.
Please take your time to read everything carefully.
We must be on the same page before we start so we can build something amazing together.

🤝 AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
You hold usage rights for all references or designs you provide.
You will contact other parties (e.g., character designer, artist, rigger, graphic designer) if needed for any materials I request.
👩🎨 ARTIST RIGHTS
I reserve the right to decline any commission without justification.
Commissions are not first-come, first-served. I select projects based on artistic match, feasibility, and my current schedule.
I retain the right to showcase my work (portfolio, social media, etc.). If you need a privacy agreement, please let me know beforehand.
I don’t copy references or character sheets exactly as-is. I may adjust small details and colors if I feel it improves the pose, expression, or overall flow in my style. Thank you for trusting me to interpret your design with care and intention.
🧮 PRICE QUOTES
Prices listed on my site are estimates — the final quote will depend on your design’s simplicity or complexity, pose, add-ons, usage terms (rush/NDA), and more. Feel free to reach out anytime for a personalized quote!
Base prices include personal and streaming use, but not advertising or merchandise use (see usage types for more info).
Once I send you a quote, it is valid for 4 weeks, as prices may fluctuate over time with skill growth or market changes.
To prevent your quote from changing after 4 weeks, you are advised to either:
* Pay in full
* Start a payment plan (see below)
* Pay a *$100 reservation fee* to lock your quote
Note: This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final payment. Work will not start at this stage, as the deposit does not secure a time slot in my schedule.

💳 PAYMENT
When you commission me via my website, I accept payments in EUR, USD, and GBP.
Payment methods:
PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, Cash App, Apple Pay, Square, Wise, and bank transfer.
→ You send the payment directly through your selected method.
📆 PAYMENT PLAN
Payment plans are available for orders over *$100*.
Please aim to complete your payment within 5 months.
Longer plans may result in additional fees and lower priority.
If you’re facing financial difficulties and need to pause your payment plan, let me know.
Work can resume when you’re ready to continue payments, as long as we stay in contact.
Please note that I may need to reschedule your order and prioritize fully paid projects from other clients.
If you cannot complete your payment plan and stop responding, I reserve the right to cancel the order and move on.
⚪️ WIP & PRIVACY
If your project is public, I may stream or post progress.
NDA fees apply for projects that should not be streamed or posted before debut.
You may also request anonymity at no extra cost. Please let me know your preference at the beginning of the project.
💬 CONTACT
Please stay in touch throughout the project! I will request your feedback at each stage.
If I do not receive a response within 2 weeks, despite multiple follow-ups, your commission will be paused and you will be notified.
Continued lack of communication will be considered ghosting, and I reserve the right to cancel the project.
My time and schedule must be respected.
🔧 REVISIONS
You are welcome to provide feedback at the following stages: thumbnail, sketch, and color sketch.
Major changes should be made during these phases.
Feel free to send additional materials and ideas while I am working on the piece. If possible, I will do my best to adapt.
Once rendering begins (after the colored sketch is approved), extra fees will apply for significant changes (pose, outfit, hair, etc.).
I may refuse major changes once the colored sketch is approved.
⏳ DEADLINES
Delivery can take up to *4 weeks after full payment*, unless a different timeline is agreed upon.
If you have a specific deadline, please inform me — a rush fee may apply.
Late responses or unclear feedback may delay your project. Please be clear, concise, and direct.
I am not responsible for delays caused by a lack of communication.
📂 FILES
Commissions are delivered as digital files. No physical goods will be shipped.
Please download your files promptly. I am not responsible for lost files after delivery.
PSD files and timelapses are only included if previously agreed upon.
You may not use or share any materials, sketches, or process screenshots exchanged during our communication without my approval.
💸 CANCEL
Client-initiated cancellation
Clients may cancel their order at any time before payment is made.
Once the commission is partially or fully paid, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
No refunds will be issued once the work is fully completed and delivered.
*Artist-initiated cancellation*
If I decide to discontinue your project, I will issue a refund based on the progress made and the amount paid, minus transaction fees.
Alternatively, I may offer another solution, such as converting your payment into credit for a future project.
👮 CONDUCT
To maintain a respectful and safe environment, I ask that you respect my time, terms, and boundaries throughout the commission process.
If you issue a chargeback, behave inappropriately, cross personal boundaries, or repeatedly ignore communication, I reserve the right to pause or cancel your commission at any time without a refund.
Severe violations or harassment will result in a permanent blacklist and may be publicly addressed if necessary.
